Wholesale FAQ
What is the discount?
My basic wholesale discount is set at 50% off the retail price. For larger orders, a larger discount can be negotiated.
I hope that you will honour my retail price when setting the product prices for your shop.
My minimum order quantity is £100.
Available Stock/Made To Order
I hold a large stock of most of my prints and cards. However, I have a small studio with limited storage space so most of my ceramic pieces are made to order.
When will I get my order?
If you need your order before a specific date, please drop me a line with what you would like to order and the date you need it by. I will always try to accommodate.
Ceramics:
Each ceramic is made to order. I estimate the turn around time to be around 1 month, depending on the quantity ordered.
Prints and Cards:
Up to 10 working days.
How is each item packaged?
Prints:
Each print is packaged in a biodegradable cello bag with a greyboard backing. The bagged print is stickered with a round branded MDS sticker on the top right hand corner.
Cards:
Each card is packaged individually with a natural brown envelope included. (I no longer use cello bags or stocker closures to ensure the packaging is enviromentally friendly)
Ceramics:
Ceramics arrive as individuals with no branded packaging.
Postage
Once your order is ready to dispatch you will receive an email with courier and tracking information.
Each order will arrive safely packaged in biodegradable/recyclable packing.
Delivery cost is calculated at checkout.
Your order will be posted via Royal Mail 24h Delivery Tracked or UPS if it’s a greater weight.
Your order may arrive in multiple boxes.
