SHIPPING & RETURNS
I strive to ship out orders as soon as possible but I am just one small lady running this business.
For print orders:
Despatch times will vary but I aim to post orders within 10 working days after it has been placed. During busy periods like Christmas, it may take up to 12 working days.
For ceramic orders:
All ceramics are made to order so will be dispatched from my studio between 4-8 weeks after the order date.
If your order is urgent, please do not hesitate to contact me and I will try to sort something out.
Return policy
If for any reason you wish to return or exchange anything from your order, please get in touch through the contact page or email hello@marthaduncanstudio.com.
Items must be returned in original condition in original packaging.
Unless otherwise stated, the customer is responsible for organising and paying for the return shipping.
Shipping
Shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout.
Depending on the weight & size of order, orders are either sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48 service or USPS next day. You will receive an e-mail once the order has been processed & packaged.
Please note: the shipping time is in addition to the dispatch time.
